Apples

At Thompson’s Orchard, we grow a variety of apples on our 25 acres of beautiful farm land. Whether you’re looking to pick your own apples or prefer ready picked apples for convenience, we’ve got you covered. Our orchard features popular varieties like Macintosh, Cortland, and Honeycrisp, perfect for snacking, baking, or making the freshest cider.

Cider Mill and Bakery

No visit to Thompson’s Orchard is complete without stopping by our Cider Mill and Bakery. Our bakery team prepares fresh apple cider donuts (featured in Downeast magazine), along with mouth-watering pies, pastries, and freshly baked bread. Don’t miss our on-site cider press where we make fresh apple cider weekly.

Pair your treat with a hot cup of coffee, cocoa, or our very own cider. Plus, browse a curated selection of Maine-made crafts from local artisans, including jellies, jams, and handcrafted pottery –perfect for gifts or keepsakes.

Christmas Trees and Wreaths and Ornaments

We are open through Christmas Eve each year, so be sure to visit us for your Christmas Tree or handcrafted wreath.
